I have been writing letters to my MOC's, making phone calls and visiting legislators' offices, working on campaigns, marching and just about every other action I could to think to be civically engaged. Now the time has come to make the final leap and run for office. I know it's a long-shot and late for campaigning but for this particular race, TN House District 8, voters need a better choice, so why not.
You do have to qualify to be a Write-in candidate if you want the votes to count so the paperwork is in. My name won't appear on the ballot but voters can write my name in, Sue DuBois, and it will count.
